Online Auctions
All of our online auctions are run using the Hibid.com platform which reaches an international audience.
We have a standardized contract for consignment fees using a sliding scale. We are committed to transparency so all of our terms and fees are clearly noted in our contract.
Appraisals
Visbids is pleased to provide an evaluation of your collection at no charge. Formal appraisals for the purposes of estate probate, legal issues with CRA or divorce, charitable donations or donations of significant cultural property are available on a fee-for-service basis from its in-house nationally accredited appraiser.
Estate Management
Visbids specializes in working with collectors, heirs and beneficiaries in downsizing collections or settling estates. Visbids’ partners have more than 30 years of experience in estate management individually and are well qualified to handle estate and downsizing arrangements.
Brokerage
Visbids has arranged the private sale of high value items or collections, acting as agent to the seller and the appropriate buyer when discretion and privacy are required.
